Refund policy

• We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Every product undergoes a meticulous inspection throughout the manufacturing and packaging stages, guaranteeing its delivery in impeccable condition. We are deeply committed to providing products of the highest quality.
• Please note that all sales are considered final and we generally do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds once an order is placed as per our policy.
  

Cancellations :

• Once custom-made orders have been processed, they cannot be cancelled.
• An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped by us (for existing products).
• If request for cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the amount (cancellation fee may apply to cover payment gateway or handling charges. We will inform you of any applicable fees at the time of cancellation).
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

Order Acceptance Rights :

VS Thirumaal Arts reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including but not limited to:

• Non-availability of stock
• Pricing or informational errors
• Issues identified with the customer’s personal or financial details
